Architectural Review Committee

The Architecture Review Committee is responsible for performing duties outlined in the Mission Trace Homeowner’s Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Additionally, the Committee is charged with maintaining architectural standards, safeguarding members of the Mission Trace Homeowners Association from the dangers of unauthorized changes or modifications to a lot and generally preserving the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood.
